Yin for Cyclists

Calm your mind & ease your body with Yin class designed specifically Cyclists

Yin is a slow-paced, gentle style of yoga that focuses on reaching the deep connective tissues; ligaments, tendons & fascia, rather than muscles. It involves holding passive poses for longer periods, typically 3-5 minutes, to promote flexibility, release tension & cultivate stillness.

In my woodland outdoor studio you will be surrounded by trees, serenaded by birds, gazing up a the open sky.


Please dress in layers so you can adapt to the evening temperature: I do have fans if it remains hot & & blankets should it get chilly. Bring a mat if you have one, along with a blanket if you'd like to use your own for Savasana.

Please arrive a few minutes early so we are ready to start at 7.30pm.
